Royal Oak Hardwood Floors at Vista Ridge in Rocklin

Tim Lewis Communities is well-known for high quality home building, excellent service, and beautiful home designs. Simas Floor and Design Company furnished and installed the hardwood, carpet, area rugs and shutters for the models at Vista Ridge in Rocklin by Tim Lewis Communities. As the new housing market improves, it's great to see a builder like Tim Lewis Communities build inspiring and beautiful model homes for their buyers to visualize what their life would be like when they buy a TLC home. The first model in the complex is shown below. It's hard to get the true color of the hardwood floors, but the photos below are pretty close. To see the real beauty of the hardwood floors, you'll have to visit the models in Rocklin and meet the friendly and helpful sales agent there, Linda Sender. You'll enjoy walking through these models--it's definitely worth your time! There's hardwood flooring throughout two of the models. The hardwood flooring below is Royal Oak hardwood flooring. The carpets and area rugs are by Tuftex and the shutters are from the Hunter Douglas Palm Beach Collection. Enjoy the photos and get inspired to buy a new home from Tim Lewis Communities or redesign your home with the help of Simas Floor and Design Company.

Royal Oak hardwood flooring install in the kitchen/nook area. As you can see there is plenty of storage space in this home!
Royal Oak hardwood flooring installed in the entry hallway and the dining room and a Tuftex area rug. Notice the accent wall in stone.
The family room is in a Tuftex pattern piece. This home has yellow accents throughout which makes it bright and cheerful. The large windows to the backyard means there is plenty of natural light in the living area.
Tim Lewis Communities designs gorgeous kitchens! Their islands are large and there is always an abundance of storage.
Another view of the family room from the kitchen where you can see that the large windows create a lovely view to the garden.

The master bathroom is calming and relaxing--designed with natural stone tiles set in a brick pattern.
The brick pattern is repeated on the wall and in the shower.
This is the guest bath at the front of the house. The flat rock on the floor is repeated in the tub surround. The tile at the bottom of the tub surround is a planking tile that has a look of exotic hardwood.

In the master bedroom there is a patterned Tuftex carpet installed wall to wall. The pattern is subtle, yet interesting and gives texture to the floor.
This is the office where a true sisal carpet is installed. I love this look and find the selection perfect for an office space!
