The area rugs below are all custom area rugs that Simas installed in new homes. We are seeing a lot more hard surfaces in homes such as hardwood and tile flooring. Most of the time a hard surface floor will call for an area rug in order to anchor furniture, increase comfort, and add color to the area. The beauty of a custom area rug is that you can select any carpet style and color from our showroom and we can make it into an area rug for you.
How to Select a Custom Area Rug:

2. Select a carpet style and color.
3. Select a backing.
4. Select an edge finish.
