Armstrong Striations and Bigelow Carpet Tile

We worked with designer Erika Bubeck on this project for Ideal Restoration in South San Francisco. The Armstrong Striations is a new and exciting commercial VCT product. The Striations product requires that polish is applied to the floor after installation to finish off the look and performance of the product. Once the polish is applied the maintenance is easy. We also used Bigelow/Mohawk Carpet tiles and broadloom on this project. The tiles are installed in the downstairs cubicle area and the broadloom is installed in the conference room and CFO office upstairs. The upstairs is not yet complete so stay tuned for more photos of this project.

Ceramic Tile and Carpet Tiles

Simas recently completed the floors and walls in a commercial building on 15th and O Street in Sacramento. On the walls we installed Bedrosians Tivoli 12"x24", color: Alabaster. On the floor we installed Bedrosians Tivoli, 12"x24" color: Espresso. Both the floor and wall are installed on a brick pattern. The wall tile listello is Emser Puntini Pattern. The hallway carpet is Mohawk carpet tiles, style: Collaborative, color: Thinking Tawney. Too bad we didn't get a "before" photo of this building. The difference is amazing! The floors were old VCT tiles that had seen better days. The updated look is a cleaner, fresher and happier environment for the employees who work there.
